BindMe
Privacy PolicyEffective September 5, 2026
Who this covers
BindMe is the habit-contract service at bindme.app and app.bindme.app. This policy describes the information we handle when you visit the site or sign in.
What we collect
You sign in with a Google account through Auth0. We keep the email address, display name, and timezone tied to that account, plus whether deadline reminders are on.When you use BindMe, we store the commitments you create, chat messages, invitations, and evidence you attach: photos, PDFs, notes, and URLs. BindMe AI may write a short analysis of that evidence to support a pass or fail. The marketing demo on bindme.app stays in your browser. It does not create an account or upload files.
How we use it
We use this information to run your contracts, show the daily overview, send deadline reminders you have enabled, and issue BindMe AI verdicts on private commitments.
Who can see it
On a person commitment, the person you invited can see that chat and evidence. BindMe AI commitments stay private to you, except that BindMe AI reads the evidence to write its analysis and scheduled verdict. We use processors to operate the service: Auth0 and Google for sign-in, a hosted database, Vercel for the app and private file storage, Resend for email, and AgentPhone to deliver requested SMS. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can change your display name, timezone, and deadline reminders in settings. You can cancel an active commitment. For other requests, write to devin@resyndeo.com.
SMS and Mobile Information
We may collect mobile phone numbers and related SMS consent information to send requested text-message communications, provide support, and operate our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
