BindMe
Terms of ServiceEffective September 5, 2026
The service
BindMe provides habit contracts with a person you trust or privately with BindMe AI. You write the terms in chat, submit evidence before the cutoff, and BindMe keeps a pass or fail record. By using BindMe you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the evidence you submit. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.
Commitments and evidence
A person commitment is a shared chat. One of you sets the terms; the other is accountable; the setter marks pass or fail. A BindMe AI commitment is private. Evidence freezes at the cutoff, and BindMe AI issues one scheduled permanent verdict.A failure-charge amount may be recorded on the contract. BindMe does not automatically charge a card when you miss. Do not submit evidence you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use BindMe to harass anyone, to upload unlawful material, or to try to break the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
BindMe is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free review, or that a verdict will match what you hoped for. To the fullest extent the law allows, BindMe is not liable for lost data, missed habits, or indirect damages from using the service.
SMS/Text Messaging
